Supply Chain Challenges: Practical Insights from Emerging Academic Research is an annual research forum that brings together Canadian-based academic researchers to share emerging research findings that help address real-world challenges organizations face in designing, optimizing, and sustaining their supply chains.
The 6th Annual Research Forum will be held in-person on June 5-6, 2026 at the Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto, Ontario. The event is organized by the George Weston Ltd. Centre for Sustainable Supply Chains (Schulich School of Business, York University) with support from HEC Montréal and the Ivey Business School, Western University.
Registration is open to academics from Canadian institutions with an interest in supply chain management as well as invited guests, subject to availability.

The discussion will underscore the promise of entrepreneurial ventures in building resilient, competitive, and inclusive supply chains for Canada’s future economy.
