The Queen’s Entrepreneurs Competition (QEC) is one of the largest international undergraduate business plan competitions in North America, awarding over $70,000 to start ups each year. The QEC is run by students at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, who bring competitors from across Canada and the world to compete for funding and resources to help launch their businesses.
The competition is open to all undergrads and there is no cost to submit an entry.
This event lets you compete for funding for your own business venture. 1st prize: $50,000; 2nd prize: $25,000. There are also monies available for legal fees and other expenses related to bringing your idea to life.
As you will see, the deadline for your business plan and video entry is October 29th, 2017.
