Entrance Funding Today! Domestic Students Log in to your Schulich Profile Account and complete the Entrance Funding Application Form in the “Manage Application” section.
Study Permits & Visas

Students
  1. Apply early for a study permit (mandatory), using your Letter of Acceptance. Review the document requirements before applying. You will also be issued a temporary resident visa (TRV) or electronic travel authorization (eTA) as applicable.
  2. Check your application processing time.
  3. View Tuition Letter.
Apply for Graduate Housing Today! If Applicable
  1. Review your housing options here. Visit the YorkU Housing Services website for details on occupancy, rates and lease term information.
  2. Fill out the housing application for newly admitted students.
Official Transcript Guidelines
 Today! All Students

The Schulich School of Business requires all post-secondary academic transcripts to be sent to us as part of your application package.

The due date to provide outstanding official documents to clear the conditions on your admission offer is before the end of your first term of studies.

Failure to provide the official documents will result in an enrolment block being placed on your record for your second term.

Attend a Smart Start Webinar
 Various Dates All Students MMAI Smart Start is a mandatory session where you’ll learn about important program details and expectations. You must book Smart Start to receive enrolment details and access to Schulich resources and platforms.

Pre-Arrival Webinar March International
Students
  1. This online session will address your arrival questions related to topics such as accommodations, study permits, health coverage and travel to Toronto.
  2. Watch for dates and details to be e-mailed to you from Student & Enrolment Services.
Course Enrolment
 March – April All Students Student & Enrolment Services will send you your Fall course schedule and instructions on how to enrol in courses.
Academic Integrity Modules
 Early April All Students All Schulich students will be required to complete 60-90 minutes of academic honesty modules prior to the start of term. These modules will help to instill the academic values and expectations of becoming a Schulich student. Watch for an email for more details and an invite to join!
New to Canada
Orientation
 May International Students
  1. International Student Orientation is hosted by the International Relations team, and is part of your Ineō Orientation. It’s a chance for us to welcome you to Schulich and support you in your transition to studying within the Canadian context.
  2. Watch for details to be emailed to you closer to the start of term.
Ineō: MMAI Orientation

 All Students Ineō is a mandatory MMAI orientation where you’ll learn about important program details and expectations. It’s also a chance to meet your new colleagues. Watch for details to be sent via e-mail.

Note: The MMAI program start date is changing to May beginning in 2023 (subject to Senate approval).
