Apply for Entrance Funding Today! Domestic Students Log in to your Schulich Profile Account and go to the “Manage Application” section to apply for entrance funding.

Please note: Incoming joint program students are only eligible to apply for entrance funding in the term that they start at Schulich.

Apply for Study Permit and Visa Today! International Students
  1. Apply early for a study permit (mandatory), using your Letter of Acceptance. Review the document requirements before applying. You will also be issued a temporary resident visa (TRV) or electronic travel authorization (eTA) as applicable.
  2. Check your application processing time.
  3. If you require an International Fee Letter, click here.

Apply for Graduate Housing Today! If applicable
  1. Review your housing options here. Visit the YorkU Housing Services website for details on occupancy, rates and lease term information.
  2. Fill out the housing application for newly admitted students.
Attend a Smart Start Webinar Various Dates (attend one) All Students MBA Smart Start is a mandatory session where you’ll learn about important program details and expectations. You must book Smart Start to receive enrolment details and access to Schulich resources and platforms.

Course Enrolment July All Students Student & Enrolment Services will send you information about building your course schedule and instructions on how to enrol in classes.
Attend the Strategy Field Study (601) Info Session June Full-Time Accelerated MBA Students
  1. If you are a full-time Accelerated student, note that you’ll begin your Strategy Field Study in the Fall 2024 term. An information session webinar will be held for you in June to give you an overview of the project and allow you to form a group.
  2. Details and a link to join this webinar will be e-mailed to you by Student & Enrolment Services.

Students
  1. Pre-arrival webinars will address your questions related to topics such as accommodations, study permits, health coverage and travel to Toronto.
  2. Watch for details to be e-mailed to you. You can register for your choice of two sessions.
Complete your Academic Integrity Modules
August All Students All Schulich students will be required to complete 60-90 minutes of academic integrity modules prior to the start of term. These modules will help to instill the academic values and expectations of becoming a Schulich student. Watch for an email for more details and an invite to join!
New to Canada Orientation August 29 & 30, 2024 International Students
  1. International Student Orientation is hosted by the International Relations team, and is part of your Ineō Orientation. It’s a chance for us to welcome you to Schulich and support you in your transition to studying within the Canadian context.
  2. Watch for details to be emailed to you closer to the start of term.
Ineō: MBA Orientation  September 3 – 8, 2024

  1. Ineō is a mandatory MBA orientation that encompasses different activities over multiple days. It is designed to prepare you for the journey ahead, motivate you to succeed, and help you feel connected to your new community.
  2. Note that specific activities on these dates will vary depending on your program and enrolment status.
