    Panelists: Fatema Pirone, VP Enterprise Digital, CIBC, (KS14), Jack Fraser, BDC, (KS11), Mellie Chow, Executive Director Competitive Intelligence and Strategy, Comcast, (KS15), and Paul Pabla, Founder and CEO ThoughtStorm, (KS11) will discuss the importance of entrepreneurship and innovation both in existing organizations and in start-ups, the ways in which these activities can be encouraged, funded and supported, and the difference they can make for Canada and its place in the global economy.     The Use of Dual-Class Stock Structures in Different Jurisdictions
    Jose Liberti (Joseph Jr. and Carole Levy Chair in Entrepreneurship and Clinical Professor of Finance at Kellogg) will compare how different jurisdictions deal with the increasingly popular dual class share structures and share his own thoughts on this phenomenon.

    Getting and Being on Boards
