Founded in 1972, York Consulting Group (YCG) is a student-run management consulting firm affiliated with the Schulich School of Business at York University that specializes in addressing the needs of small- and medium-sized enterprises. It is Canada’s largest business school consulting service.

Our Process
YCG consultants follow a rigorous process to deliver the best possible business solutions to our clients:
- Consultation: initial conversation with the YCG Managing Director to find the best project lead fit based on area of expertise for the project.
- Engagement: proposal submission outlining the project objective, methodology, timing, and workflow. Upon approval, consultants will present their findings and recommendations.
- Due Diligence: YCG conducts a strict QC process that is reviewed by our Academic Executive Director.
