Dear Magda,
It is with mixed emotions that I write this. I am saddened by the fact that you are leaving us and happy for the next phase in your life.
Since I joined SEEC you always provided a safe environment for my team and I. You always managed to find a solution to any situation that arose in a calming, professional, reassuring and safe manner. Your door was always open and you were ever so patient in answering questions/queries no matter how mundane they may have seemed. You always took time from your busy schedule to make me feel important. Never rushing. Always listening. Always providing an answer. Always reassuring.
So I thank you for your contribution, patience, advice, mentorship, leadership, sheer competence, humour and what can only described as magic that you contributed in an important and most appreciated way. You have left an indelible mark on me and all those that you touched. I shall miss you Magda.
I wish you many years of health, happiness, lots of travel opportunities and sheer joy.
Here's to the next chapter in your life. The best is yet to come.
