Alan, I cannot tell you how lucky I feel I am after having worked with you for 15 years. Elaine once told me you were a genius. Yes, she got full marks on this. It has been so much fun working with you even in difficult times. I enjoyed attending every client meeting with you in China. No matter how difficult the situation was, clients worked out of the meeting with smiles and positive impression on us. We did not always win their business, but we won their heart (at least at that time). I am so used to starting my day with reading your emails sent at 7am. It is sort of a signal to assure everything is fine. I missed all the fun conversations, and tears some times. You have left so many footprints in my life and in many others as well I believe. You will be deeply missed, Alan. Wish you all the best in your new chapter of life, and I am sure you will enjoy it as much as when you stay with us.
