I'm very grateful and feel privileged for the past 18 years working with you.

I could never forget when I took one of your MBA courses - Marketing Communications in 2004. You told us "I usually don't give 'A's, but if you want to get a good grade, you have to work hard and earn it". That's you, Alan! It doesn't matter in the class or in the office, you always make very clear about your expectations, then provide us with clear directions and visions to help us to get there.

You inspired me during difficult times when I needed words of encouragement. You are a blessing in my life. Thanks for all your support and advice. And thank you for everything you have taught me.

You will be sorely missed!
