When I have introduced the newborn YEDI to SEEC for the first time in 2013, I couldn’t expect that such a well-known and reputable organization as SEEC, would be so positive towards the collaboration with a new player. The weights of those two institutions were too uneven. I know only a few people, like Alan, who are able to see behind the horizon. That talent is a combination of wisdom, foresight and willingness to take a risk. The SEEC-YEDI collaborative initiative was transformed into a strong marriage constantly generating new successes. It would be impossible without Alan’s support! Alan is retired? That is not from our vision! We are continuing working together: Alan hasn’t yet ended teaching us for being wise and visionary.
