Master of Marketing Students Deliver Outstanding Presentations Remotely

With the emergence of COVID-19, Schulich immediately ended all in-person classes and moved instructions and all other operations online. For the first time in the School’s history, the Summer term is being conducted entirely remotely and our faculty has continued to put in the hard work that is required to transform their courses and deliver them online.
Our students have adjusted to this new reality by using leading technologies to work on their team projects, deliver their assignments and presentations and participate effectively during lectures.
With this unprecedented transition, our students are continuing to produce high calibre work. An example of this would be the recent presentation led by a team of five Master of Marketing students in the Marketing Analytics course (MKTG 6370).
The group examined the social media tool, Buffer, and presented their findings to the class virtually.
“The students did an outstanding job and gave a presentation that was both engaging and informative,” remarked Professor M. David Rice, Program Director of the Master of Marketing Program.
