Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA KS21 Cohort Raises Nearly $19,000 for the KSAA Diversity and Inclusion Award
The recently graduated KS21 cohort of the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA program executed Schulich’s most successful class-giving campaigns to date, raising an impressive total of nearly $19,000 in support of the Kellogg-Schulich Alumni Association (KSAA) Diversity and Inclusion Award.
As the end of their EMBA journey approached, the KS21 cohort sought to celebrate their program experience and make a positive impact. They initiated this thoughtful campaign to support the KSAA Diversity and Inclusion Award which recognizes one student who has made a meaningful impact on, and has shown a continued commitment to, the advancement of underrepresented groups, including Black, Indigenous, People of Colour, Women, Disabled, and 2SLGBTQ+ communities. This initiative highlighted the strength of working together for a common cause and shared values.
“Our class united with a heartfelt purpose – to uplift future leaders in our EMBA program through a meaningful fundraising endeavor.” said Kiruba Sankar, cohort representative. “Our aim was to extend a helping hand to a deserving student, someone who might not otherwise have the chance to walk the path we’re on today. We reflect on the importance of reaching out to those residing in underserved communities, and together as KS21, we stand as a beacon of support for this truly noble cause. The KSAA Inclusion and Diversity Award aligns perfectly with our goal, serving as a testament to our commitment to fostering inclusivity, education, and empowerment.”
We extend our deepest gratitude to KS21 for this incredible support. Their outstanding efforts serve as a powerful testament to the impact of graduating class.
