Ingo Holzinger
Ingo is the Director of the “Strategy Field Study”, the capstone project of the Schulich MBA Program, and the Course Coordinator for “Skills for Leadership”, a signature course in Schulich’s MBA Program. He also served as Program Director for the Schulich Mini-MBA at Schulich ExecEd and Associate Director of Schulich’s International MBA (IMBA).
Ingo received a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research and teaching interests include leadership, complexity, and change in organizations. For his research, he has worked with small creative organizations and large multinational such as Procter & Gamble and Cargill in Asia, Europe, and North and South America. His work has been published in the Academy of Management Review, the Journal of Business Research, the Journal of Managerial Psychology and Advances in Strategic Management.
Ingo is the Faculty eLearning Lead at Schulich and trained in problem-based learning, a student-centered pedagogy designed to deal with complex, multifaceted, and realistic problems. He has taught in university degree and executive programs in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe. For his teaching, Ingo has received numerous award nominations and won the Seymour Schulich Award for Teaching Excellence (2nd prize) in 2004.
