To apply your complimentary parking code, please complete the following:
Getting Started
1. Download the Honk App from your device’s App Store or Google Play
2. Set up your account
When you arrive at Keele campus you will open the App and follow these instructions:
1. Choose your location/zone: Student Services Parking Garage – Zone # 7728
2. Select the amount of time for your stay (hint: it’s safest to select the daily max)
3. Follow the prompts to login or sign up for a HONK account – you will need an email address, mobile phone number and your license plate. You will not require a payment method, as your promo code provides you with complimentary parking
4. Once you are logged in, you will be directed back to the checkout page for the time and date you had selected – please ensure that your license plate number is correct.
5. In order to receive complimentary parking, click Add Promo and enter your promo code (supplied by your Schulich host). Click Apply.
6. Click ‘Park for Free’ and you’re all set!
7. You will receive an email receipt within minutes of your purchase, and your parking session details can always be found in the menu under ‘sessions’ and ‘receipts’
