    Already have a BBA or BCom from a Canadian university? You may be eligible for advanced standing that removes the core course requirements from Year 1 of the MBA and allows you to potentially begin directly in Year 2.

    For eligible candidates, this can reduce the MBA from 60 credits to 30 credits, allowing you to complete the program in significantly less time and potentially reduce your total tuition costs.

    The Accelerated MBA recognizes the business foundation you have already completed. Eligible candidates receive advanced standing for the first-year MBA core, allowing them to focus on more advanced MBA coursework sooner.

    Accelerated MBA at a glance:

2. Complete Steps 1-5 of the application.
Please complete the first five steps so our team has the information needed to review your academic and professional background.

3. Submit the Graduate Programs Inquiry Form.
Once Steps 1-5 are complete, contact Recruitment & Admissions using the Graduate Programs Inquiry Form and request an Accelerated MBA pre-review.

4. In the “How can we help you?” field, please write:
“I graduated from a Canadian BBA/BCom program within the past 10 years, have reviewed the MBA admission requirements, and have completed Steps 1–5 of my MBA application. I would like to request a pre-review for Accelerated MBA eligibility.”

5. We will review your background.
Our Recruitment & Admissions team will review your information and advise whether your academic background may qualify for the Accelerated MBA pathway. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the pre-review.
