I am delighted to sign the guestbook of someone whom I consider a very dear friend of well over 30 years (Yikes Rick, you are OLD dude!). It's an incredible honour to know you. Why? Because you are honest, intelligent, naturally curious and always incredibly open to new learning and adventures. You are kind, humble, unpretentious and have a terrific sense of humour. You are hugely unusual in that you always take politics out of your leadership and non-leadership decisions in favour of doing what is right, pragmatic and of most helpful to all. You take crap from no one, but those no ones are inevitably unethical, dumb, misguided or egocentrically motivated. You are the real deal Rick. It is a privilege to call you my very dear friend, even if you are super old. (Jeez, I'm almost your age!)
