The first time we met was many years ago when I came to pitch you on a course. I had recently published a book, and had some rough ideas about how it could serve as the backbone for a new program. I wasn't entirely clear yet about it, but you were - I recall how intently you listened, and how you instantly made me feel heard and appreciated. Your answer, "Sure!", launched over a decade of wonderful partnering with you and SEEC. For that, I am immensely grateful - it has been great! Hard to think of SEEC without your enthusiastic, optimistic and generous leadership. You will be missed!
