ZeFeng Zhang

Prior to joining the Schulich Master of Real Estate and Infrastructure program, ZeFeng worked as a Project Coordinator for a local residential construction company. He was responsible for the on-site management of projects, including custom home construction and renovations. Raised in a contractor family, ZeFeng gained hands-on experience in various trades from a young age. The highlight of his work experience to date was the planning, design and build of the company’s custom residential developments in the Etobicoke area of Toronto. In addition, he is responsible for the operation of his family development business in the Markham and Richmond Hill area.

ZeFeng joined the MREI program to gain an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry and to connect with industry professionals. He aspires to work in an entrepreneurial environmental, where he can provide added value in real estate acquisitions and development. Upon graduation, ZeFeng plans to secure a position in asset management and gain additional exposure to portfolio construction.

ZeFeng holds an Honors Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
