Research Interests – Work in Progress
My primary research interests include corporate social responsibility (CSR), organizational justice, and leadership. Specifically, my current project focuses on organizational members’ (including leaders and employees) perceptions of, and attitudes and behaviors towards their companies’ CSR activities.
