MSCM Grad Places in Top 3 in Canada in Supply Chain Accreditation Exam
A recent Schulich Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM) graduate received one of the top marks across the country in the 2020 Canadian Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) Final Examination. Fiona Woticky, a 2020 MSCM graduate, received a final mark of 92% – a score that ranks first in Ontario and top 3 across Canada, competing against other business graduates as well as supply chain professionals working in the industry.
“The Schulich MSCM course material, case studies, and consulting projects all prepared me for the SCMP exam,” said Woticky. “They taught me how to quickly analyze complex data and make the high-level strategic decisions necessary to succeed in the 21st Century supply chain industry.”
The exam is part of the Certified SCMP designation, which is offered to all Schulich MSCM students at a discounted rate.
“Having both a Masters degree from Schulich and the SCMP designation is a double-stamp of approval,” said Woticky. She believes having both helped launch her career straight out of grad school by putting her resume at the top of the application pile.
“Fiona’s performance is a great validation that the Master of Supply Chain Management program’s graduates are meeting and exceeding the highest industry standards,” said Professor David Johnston, Program Director of the MSCM. “We also acknowledge the importance of Supply Chain Canada as an educational partner for the MSCM program and the contribution that this certification provides to advancing the practice of supply chain management across Canada.”
