Graduate Full-Time Exchange
Why Participate in a Full-Time Exchange?
The exchange experience can differentiate you from all your peers who forgo this opportunity. Aside from being fun and exciting, an exchange term abroad can also be a unique life changing experience that will help you grow academically, personally and professionally as you prepare for your future. As you live and learn in your host culture 24/7, this experience will then translate into tangible benefits later in life.
Students attend one of our partner schools for a full term and/or register in the equivalent of 9-15 Schulich credits.
“The exchange during my MBA gave me the opportunity to do and see things that I could of never dreamed of. It has been a journey of self-discovery and personal growth filled with the most unforgettable memories. My MBA experience is now complete; and I will cherish all the amazing experiences I’ve had forever. ”

- Attend a mandatory Pre-Departure Session (dates will be emailed to you).
- Apply for required travel documents:
- It is your responsibility to research and apply for the correct travel document/visa to enter your destination country as an exchange student. Your host school will likely have additional information on what is required. Do NOT delay in applying for your visa, as processing times may be lengthy. If you are not able to obtain your visa in time, you may need to withdraw from in-person exchange.

We strongly encourage students to also purchase trip cancellation insurance, in case you are unable to travel (due to visa delays, unexpected border closures, etc).
- Obtain comprehensive travel health insurance.
