Meet the Graduate Business Council for 2021-22
Earlier this year, the Graduate Business Council (GBC) held its annual general elections and encouraged current graduate students to nominate their leaders, attend the debate and cast a vote.
The GBC is the representative student body for both full-time and part-time students in all Schulich graduate degree programs. As the official student-faculty liaison, the GBC is responsible for advancing student interests through its representation on the Schulich School Faculty Council.
The Council also hosts social events including getaway weekends in September and January, an annual Graduate Formal, pub nights as well as Schulich representation at the MBA Games in January. Aside from social and athletic activities, the GBC serves as the student body’s voice to the faculty and administration.
After an intense election, here are the results:

- Information Technology Director: Vaibhav Rane (MBA ‘22)
