COVID-19: A Message from Dean Dezsö J. Horváth
We are living in an unprecedented and turbulent time – one the modern world has not experienced in over 100 years.
Even before the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the COVID-19 virus outbreak a global pandemic, the entire Schulich community has been working tirelessly to prepare for this disruption. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our faculty and staff and the early adoption of several of the world’s leading technologies for online learning (Zoom and CANVAS), we were able to successfully and quickly transfer all Schulich courses to an online format. As a result, our students are now able to complete their studies this semester. In addition, Schulich is working closely with all of our stakeholders to ensure the continued operation of our School.
The safety of everyone within the Schulich community remains our highest priority. All of our decisions are guided by the principle that we must mitigate all potential risks regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Thank you for your support and understanding as we navigate our way during this global pandemic. Please take care of yourself and your loved ones. Stay safe, and wherever possible, let us help one another during this challenging time.
