Nicole aims to uncover novel psychological insights that can be harnessed to improve personal, societal, and environmental well-being. She is the founder and director of the Well-Being Research Lab (WiRL). Her research has been published in Science, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Consumer Research, and Journal of Marketing.
Nicole received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology at Florida State University. Prior to joining Schulich, she held faculty appointments at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics, Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University), and the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne. Nicole serves as Area Editor for the International Journal of Research in Marketing and ERB member for Journal of Consumer Research.
