Rekha Karambayya

My research interests are at the intersections of individuals and organizations in the ways in which individuals engage, disengage, comply and resist in their organizational lives. I study how individuals shape and are shaped by organizational processes with a particular focus on issues around power and fairness. My recent work involves topics such as identity and identification processes in organizations, the dynamics of race and gender in the workplace, and conceptualizations of time and their impact on personal and professional lives.
