Lorne Hartman
I am a behavioral scientist and organizational consultant with 44 years of experience as a researcher, practitioner and educator in the human performance space. For the past 8 years, I have taught part-time at Schulich in the Organizational Studies area (this semester ORGS 2200 “Organizations and their Environments” and ORGS 4350 “Managing Change”. In addition, I have a few research projects (Senate ORE approved) underway (e.g., “Reducing moral disengagement: How to curb the influence of self-serving cognitive biases that promote ethical misconduct” and “Organizational benefits of neurodiversity: ASD and the bystander effect”). I also continue to consult part time, mostly executive coaching (e.g., as an associate of the Niagara Institute).
