Join us for the opening of Experience Schulich, beginning with a welcome and keynote address from Professor Detlev Zwick, Dean, Schulich School of Business.

Following the Dean’s remarks, Professor Ingo Holzinger will lead What Matters Most When AI Can Do Almost Anything? Rethinking Leadership for an AI-Powered World.

As artificial intelligence reshapes the world of work, what human capabilities become more valuable, not less? This interactive masterclass explores how leadership is evolving in an AI-powered world and why asking better questions, exercising sound judgment, and making sense of complex situations are becoming essential capabilities. Through discussion and interactive activities, participants will experience the inquiry-driven approach to leadership development that lies at the heart of a Schulich education.

Thriving in Canada: Immigration Pathways & Student Experiences

Thinking about studying in Canada and wondering what the journey could look like for you? Join Ann Welsh, Schulich’s Director of International Relations and RCIC for practical guidance on study permits, eligibility for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), and other important considerations for international students.

Two Schulich alumni who came to Canada as international students and are now building successful careers here will also join the conversation. They’ll share how they adapted to life in Canada, made the most of their Schulich experience, transitioned from student to working professional, and began building their careers after graduation.

Combining expert immigration guidance with firsthand alumni perspectives, this session offers an honest and practical look at what it means to study, work, and thrive in Canada.
