          David Elsner is the Associate Program Director, Master of Business Analytics (MBAN) Program, and an Adjunct Professor of Operations Management and Information Systems (OMIS). His teaching focuses on project management, data visualization and storytelling, and data-driven decision-making, with an emphasis on applying tools like Tableau to create meaningful, memorable, and actionable data insights. With a career spanning over 25 years in analytics, AI, and business consulting, David brings deep industry experience into the classroom. He is also President of DHE Consulting, a firm specializing in consulting, advanced analytics, and AI to identify, analyze, and solve business problems. David delivers analytics training and executive education across sectors, working with clients in healthcare, retail, education, and the public sector. He is also an active community builder, having led numerous student consulting projects, professional workshops, and industry collaborations. David holds a BASc in Engineering, a BA in Economics, and an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Toronto.
