Description

This course addresses corporate strategies, the management of corporate purpose, the structures and internal design and governance in family enterprises that create unique competitive advantages and challenges. According to estimates of the WEF, family businesses account for more than 70% of global GDP, so a thriving family sector is vital for the long-term health of national economies.

Prerequisites: All 5100-series Required Foundations of Management Core Courses.
Co-requisites: SB/SGMT 6000 3.0 or permission of the instructor.
