| Description | This course extends the basic frameworks and theories of Organization Behaviour (OB) into the context of international business, using fundamental OB concepts, including mind-sets and identities, interests and power, organizational roles and design, to enable students to work more effectively in terms of teams, leadership, motivation, negotiation, ethics, and organizational learning in cross-border business.
