Description

This core course centres on three complementary perspectives on organizations, which are simultaneously strategic designs constructed to achieve strategic goals, political arena in which interests and power shape action and outcomes, and cultural systems of shared meanings and identities. Class sessions will develop and use these perspectives at a variety of levels, from teams in organizations to complex cross-border environments. Previously offered as: SB/OBIR 2010/3010 3.00.

Note: Not open to iBBA students for credit.
Prerequisites: SB/ORGS 1000 3.00, SB/ORGS 2100 3.00 or equivalent.
