This course, restricted to full-time students, provides participants with the opportunity to carry out a project that relates to the analysis of a process and the development of approaches to redesign and re-engineer the process. Projects can relate to processes in manufacturing, service delivery in industry or institutional settings, and can be completed individually or in small groups.
