Description This course is about how to make decisions that lead to the better design and management of supply chains. This often involves changing the network of relationships between suppliers and customers and other stakeholders as they design, contract, order, plan and coordinate goods and services together. This course covers essential quantitative supply chain management models, supportive information and ecommerce technologies, environmentally and socially responsible practices and customer-supplier relationship management.
