This course provides an in-depth coverage of the tools and frameworks that are useful in managerial decision making at both the micro (or tactical) level and at the macro (or strategic level. Additionally, the course focuses on the development of communication skills across written and oral mediums. The course is intended to exercise and develop analytical skills, quantitative skills, attention to detail,
presentation skills, teamwork skills, and an ability to work in high pressure and time sensitive environments.
