Description | Using lectures, cases, simulations and role-playing of typical client/consultant interactions, the course will detail the steps of consulting process. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of analytical, communication and teamwork skills required of consultants. The course will also include an overview of the management consulting profession and the different types of firms that make up the industry. When possible, practicing management consultants will visit as guest lectures and interact with students. |
