Description

This course introduces the fundamentals of project management. Students will learn the processes and methodological techniques essential for effectively managing
projects. Topics include defining a project’s scope and objectives, planning and scheduling activities, managing cost, risk, and resources, and evaluating project performance. The course will equip students with the analytical skills and decision tools used by successful project managers.

Prerequisite: Year 3 BBA/IBBA standing required
