Description This course will examine the role of ethics in finance and financial services. It will begin with an overview of the need of ethics in finance. Tools for identifying ethical issues will be introduced and evaluated. The course will then turn to an examination of ethical issues in financial services, investment decisions and ethics in financial markets. The course will conclude with a discussion of the dominant theories of the firm and their ethical implications.
