Alumni Survey FAQ's Below are some of the most commonly asked questions about the Survey. Where is my Survey link?
Your personal Survey link has been emailed to you. A reminder was sent on November 15, 2018, or check the November Alumni E-Newsletter sent on November 2, 2018. I did not receive a Survey link, how do I get one?
Contact alumni@schulich.yorku.ca for your personal Survey link, we probably need your updated contact information as well! Can I forward my Survey link to a friend? No! Each Survey link is specific to a Schulich alumna/alumnus in our database and Survey responses can only be submitted once per link. The Survey is asking me for a PIN, what is that? When you begin your Survey you are issued a 4-digit pin so you can save your progress and come back later if you need to step away. I lost my PIN, what do I do?
Contact alumni@schulich.yorku.ca and we will send you your PIN. How long will it take me to complete the Survey?
For most people, the survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. I started the survey but need to get back to work, can I finish it later?
Yes! Use the ‘Save & Exit’ button in the top right corner of the survey to mark your spot. Visit your personal Survey link later and use the 4 digit PIN to pick up where you left off. Lost your PIN? Contact alumni@schulich.yorku.ca I only filled out half the survey, will I be entered into the prize draw? The prize draw is a thank you to those who were able to complete the survey entirely. There’s still time for you to finish your Survey and enter the draw! Visit your personal Survey link, enter your PIN, and complete the remaining questions to enter the draw. I need assistance, who do I contact? Contact the Office of Alumni Relations by email at alumni@schulich.yorku.ca if you need help or have any questions.

When you complete the Survey you are automatically entered into a draw for one of four prizes:
- A Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) gift certificate valued at $2,500 CAD.
- A Schulich-branded luxury merchandise prize pack.
- A VIP Schulich Alumni Event Pass for one year! Participate in events hosted by the Schulich Global Alumni Network, including all chapter and industry association events. Valid for one-year, this pass will give you complimentary registration access to all signature alumni events, including the 2019 Alumni Recognition Awards (with a guest), CONNECT 2019 (with a guest), and more (does not include travel costs, if applicable).
- A set of two premium tickets to the Rogers Cup 2019 (Women) in Toronto at the Aviva Centre, inside the Schulich School of Business Suite (does not include travel costs, if applicable).
