Past Competitions
From 2014-2020, Developers’ Den took place at the Schulich Campus at York University in Toronto. Selected teams from top graduate schools participated in an intense one-day case competition, where the best and brightest real estate students showcased their skills before panels of judges made up of industry leaders.
From 2021 to 2024, the Den was a Schulich-only competition.
In 2025, the Den will return as a multi-school, single-day competition, featuring real estate students from Canadian and US business schools.
To make it even more exciting, the event will take place in the Downtown Toronto offices of our industry partners, Dialog and BDP Quadrangle.
We look forward to seeing everyone there!
