Students
  1. Apply for or extend your study permit, using your Letter of Acceptance. Review the document requirements before applying. You will also be issued a temporary resident visa (TRV) or electronic travel authorization (eTA) as applicable. Join a Study Permit webinar with our International Relations team if you have questions about Canada’s immigration requirements.
  2. Check your application processing time.
  3. If you require an international fee letter, click here.
Apply for Graduate Housing  Today! If Applicable
  1. Review your housing options here. Visit the YorkU Housing Services website for details on occupancy, rates and lease term information.
  2. Fill out the housing application for newly admitted students.

Official Transcript Guidelines

All Students

The Schulich School of Business requires all post-secondary academic transcripts to be sent to us as part of your application package.

The due date to provide outstanding official documents to clear the conditions on your admission offer is before the end of your first term of studies.

Failure to provide the official documents will result in an enrolment block being placed on your record for your second term.

Various dates All Students MBA Smart Start is a mandatory session where you’ll learn about important program details and expectations. You must book Smart Start to receive enrolment details and various school accounts.

MBA Launch Week
TBA All MBA Students not Enrolled in an Accelerated Program

Launch Week kicks off your academic program and is an integral part of the degree. Conduct a case analysis in teams, meet fellow students, learn about clubs, attend the Dean’s Leaders Panel and more.

You will receive an e-mail from Student & Enrolment Services with more details about Launch Week.  Please note that attendance is mandatory.

Attend the Strategy Field Study (601) Info Session
TBA Full-Time Accelerated MBA Students
  1. If you are a full-time Accelerated student, note that you’ll begin your Strategy Field Study in the Fall 2021 term. An information session webinar will be held for you in June to give you an overview of the project and allow you to form a group.
  2. Details and a link to join this webinar will be e-mailed to you by Student & Enrolment Services.
Pre-Arrival Webinar

Students
This online session will address your arrival questions related to topics such as accommodations, study permits, health coverage and travel to Toronto. Watch for an e-mail with registration details.
Academic Integrity Modules
August All Students All Schulich students will be required to complete 60-90 minutes of academic integrity modules prior to the start of term. These modules will help to instill the academic values and expectations of becoming a Schulich student. Watch for an email for more details and an invite to join!
International Student Orientation

TBA (attend both) International Students This online orientation will provide you with important information about Canadian culture in and outside the classroom, health insurance, immigration and more. Connect with other international students and learn about services that are available at Schulich for international students.

Ineō: MBA Orientation (Online)
