Adam Dermer

Prior to joining the MREI program, Adam worked in the field of corporate marketing which provided a broader understanding of the business paradigm and paved the way towards a deeper expertise of end-user real estate development.

Adam joined Schulich’s MREI program to refine and broaden his knowledge of real estate development, fine tune his analytical skill set and build a strong network of industry peers.  Adam has always valued the importance of having strong connections, which inspired him to create the Young Professionals Development Network in 2014.  At Schulich, gaining access to senior industry guest speakers inside the classroom and volunteering outside the classroom in an executive capacity with the Schulich Real Property Students Association have been effective ways to enrich his growing industry network.  Upon graduation, Adam is looking forward to a career as a Development Analyst with the prominent developer Canderel.

Adam holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
