My research addresses critical decisions of strategists, whether leading entrepreneurial firms or major corporations. Among my current projects, I have been looking at the integration challenges of mergers and acquisitions, the internationalization efforts of start-ups, and the dynamics of strategy as practice. My recent work has also taken me to the study of team dynamics and the effectiveness of teams.
