He has led large and complex transformations, ranging from leading operational technology program at railroad to strategic business transformation in airline industry.
Raman is currently working as Director Innovation at Canadian National Railways. He brings 22 years of experience in aviation, railroad, healthcare and manufacturing industries with increasing responsibilities. Raman has taught MBA students for 9 years at Schulich School of Business.
Raman holds B.E. from Thapar University (India), M.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from University of Windsor and IMBA from Schulich School of Business. He is Six Sigma black belt and lean coach. In addition, he is long distance runner and public speaker on transformation.
