Charles Hendriks is a distinguished marketing and management professional whose career reflects a unique blend of senior executive leadership and academic excellence. With over 20 years of university-level teaching experience, he is an award-winning educator at the Schulich School of Business at York University, where he teaches across the BBA, MBA, MMGT, MMKG, and MSCM programs. His teaching portfolio includes Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, International Marketing, and Strategic Sales Presentations.
He brings extensive industry experience from globally recognized organizations, having held managerial and executive roles at Procter & Gamble, Bell Canada, Rand McNally, and InfoCanada. His work has focused on driving business growth, strengthening customer strategy, and leading high-performance teams across multiple sectors.
As President and Founder of The Performance Management Academy, a leadership training and development organization, he has partnered with numerous organizations and more than 50 Indigenous communities across Canada to enhance organizational capacity, sales performance, marketing fundamentals, and leadership effectiveness.
