Description

This course combines the necessary strategic and analytical thinking skills for effective management. This course is about identifying, analyzing and articulating the key issues that impact organizations and applying the appropriate frameworks that can assist managers in reaching better decisions. Students use the frameworks and strategic analysis tools developed in SB/SGMT 3000 3.00 or SB/INTL 3000 3.00 and systematically apply them to real-life business situations.

Prerequisite: SB/SGMT 3000 3.00 or SB/INTL 3000 3.00 (Previously offered as SB/INTL 4400 3.00); Year 3 BBA/iBBA standing required
