Description

This course is an introduction to the fundamental theories of visual communication, data visualization, and data storytelling. Students will learn the fundamentals of how to communicate effectively with data through visualization and storytelling. Major areas for discussion include design principles, data visualization models, dashboards, presentation skills, data stories, and technical tutorials using Tableau software.Students will learn how to bring data to life and present memorable stories that drive action.
