Description

Understanding the particular characteristics of project finance is fundamental to structuring all business models for the delivery of large-scale infrastructure that supports our cities. This course examines project viability and risk, ownership and contractual structures, funding sources, and financial structuring. The course will be taught through lectures, guest speakers and interactive seminars focusing on case studies.
Corequisite: SB/PROP 6300 3.00 or by permission of the Instructor.
