Description

This course prepares students to design and use decisionsupport systems that enhance managerial decision-making. It examines the evolution of analytics from spreadsheet-based analysis to enterprise platforms that support strategy, operations, and performance management. Using applied supply chain examples, students learn how data-driven analysis can improve efficiency, automate routine decisionmaking, and generate actionable insights. Emphasis is placed on selecting the appropriate tools to support coordinated and resilient supply chain operations.

Prerequisite: SB/OMIS 2010 3.00 and SB/OMIS 2050 3.00; Year 3 BBA/iBBA standing required
