D’Arcy Cameron

D'Arcy brings over 10 years as a professional coach along with over 25 years in Human Resources in several companies and sectors to bear on the career issues of his clients. He provides a full-range of career transition and coaching services to clients entering into Career Planning, or experiencing Career Transition. His private client practice and work with educational and corporate organizations has exposed him to very diverse clients and issues, which he brings to bear on the unique issues that each client is dealing with.

D’Arcy completed a Master of Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education/University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts from York University. He holds a Certified Coach Practitioner designation from the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF), and received coaching training from the Adler International Learning Coaching School.

D’Arcy’s philosophy assumes that the “answer lies within the client.” Accordingly, he works to identify and understand the unique perspective of the person he works with, and brings to bear observational and practical factors that enable forward movement with greatly enhanced self-understanding and confidence. The focus is to build on strengths and opportunity, while understanding, but not dwelling on “weaknesses” that can limit progress. As a coach, D’Arcy helps translate personal aspirations, goals and performance measures into effective outcomes, for the client, their family, and organization, by acting as a resource and advisor.

Laurel Lindsay

Laurel brings over twenty years of experience as a corporate executive to her coaching practice. After her tenure as Vice President of Marketing for the Toronto Blue Jays and Executive Director of the Jays Care Foundation, Laurel established an executive coaching practice which focuses upon assisting clients develop strategies to achieve desired results both inside and beyond the corporate sector. With clients from Fortune 500 corporations, Laurel has an appreciation and knowledge of the ongoing needs of today’s executive and the necessary strategies to ensure results. Combining extensive brand marketing insights and effective leadership strategies enables Laurel to act as an agent of change for her clients. Ross Emerson

During a successful financial services career spanning over 25-years, Ross Emerson held senior roles in banking strategy, operational risk management, learning and development, global payments, electronic banking, and wealth management. All his past roles had a strong commercial remit focusing on revenue growth, innovation, risk mitigation, cost effectiveness, employee engagement, and positive stakeholder experience. In 2013 and 2014, Ross won Royal Bank of Canada’s Private Banking Gold Award given to the top enterprise leaders across Canada. Prior to that in 2009 and 2011, Ross won the Barclays Chairman’s award for Individual Contribution to the Monaco and to the Europe regions respectively.
Now Ross utilizes the breadth of his experience to help both leaders and businesses to successfully navigate transformation and change through these ambiguous and disruptive times. In addition to founding his own strategic advisory, coaching, and consulting business serving leaders around the globe, Ross provides senior executive coaching and consulting services through the Senior Directors Unit EMEA hub in London, UK and through the International Center for Executive Options. He draws extensively from global experience gained in the UK, Canada, Japan, Monaco, and India. He has worked with leaders across the globe and helped them make meaningful breakthroughs. Diversity and inclusion - critical elements for business success - are incorporated into all his work. Ross is also certified to administer the HOGAN Leadership Suite psychometric assessment tools for leadership development and effectiveness.

In 2019 Ross graduated with Distinction from INSEAD’s Executive Master of Consulting and Coaching for Change degree course. This is a highly specialised qualification blending the disciplines of Organizational Design, Clinical and Organisational Psychology, and Systems & Complexity Theory to transform the self and the organization simultaneously. Ross also earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a BA (Honours) from Western University, a Post -Graduate Certificate in International Business (with distinction) from Seneca College, and various financial industry designations including a financial planning designation, a financial services Branch Compliance certification, and securities licenses from the Canadian Securities Institute and UK Society of Investment Professionals. Ross is currently pursuing his PhD where his research focus is on Career Shocks and the Impact on the Career Development decisions of Senior Leaders.
