Schulich’s Future of Marketing Institute Featured in Forbes Magazine
Schulich’s Future of Marketing Institute (FMI) was cited recently in a Forbes magazine article on how businesses are using augmented reality (AR) filters. The article focused on Future of Marketing Institute research conducted by a former FMI editor, Vincent Tsui (MMKG ’21), that details how smart glasses with embedded augmented reality capabilities are poised to revolutionize the way advertisers reach consumers while also enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Founded in 2019, the Schulich Institute has quickly emerged as the premier global forum for teaching, research and outreach on topics related to the future of marketing.
The Future of Marketing magazine, a digital publication produced by the Institute, has more than 52,000 readers and over 11,000 followers, as well as an archive of over 7,000 articles.
The Institute publishes research on a variety of leading-edge marketing topics, including Artificial Intelligence, the Metaverse, hyper-personalization, augmented/virtual reality, affective (emotion) computing, location-based marketing, and more. The Institute also has a curated podcast playlist and video channel.
